Thank you for your interest in becoming a concessionaire at River Parks. Below is our Merchant Application that should be filled out completely. The Merchant Application should be submitted 45 days prior to any requested dates for consideration. This application is for merchants selling goods other than food. If you would like to be a food vendor, please fill out the Food Vendor Application.

If there are any questions or conflicts, we will contact you after our review of your application. If your application is approved, we will send you a Merchant Permit; this is usually sent about three weeks prior to your event. A special requirement for all vendors on River Parks property is that vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the River Parks Authority, City of Tulsa, and Tulsa County as the additional certificate holders or additionally insured. If you cannot provide this insurance documentation listing all three entities as additionally insured, we legally cannot allow you to sell at our events.

Please remember that until you have an approved Merchant Permit from this office, you do not have legal authorization to sell merchandise or concessions in River Parks. Please feel free to contact Ryan Howell at (918) 596-2008 if you have any questions.

Submission of this form indicates acknowledgement of the following:

1. River Parks Authority retains the sole rights to issue merchant contracts for any event held in whole or in part on Park property. This application which you have just completed is not a contract and implies no authority to hold an event at River Parks. *

2. Prohibited Acts - You agree that no activities/merchandise will be permitted to display, advertise and/or sell any prohibited items (drug paraphernalia, weapons, or other items listed in Title 26 as prohibited in parks) at events held on the River Parks Authority property. *

3. If accepted, you will receive a contract for your signature. A copy of the Contract must be available at your event to River Parks employees or other officials. *

4. Your contract will not be in effect unless a valid certificate of insurance and payment of your park usage fee is received by River Parks prior to your event. *

5. If you are permitted to vendor at the event, you are is responsible for applying to, paying and or collecting any and all fees owed to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. *
