Thank You for an Incredible Event!
We had a rockin’ good time with you at the 26th Full Moon Run! “Put a Little Rock in Your Running Shoes” was the theme of the Full Moon Run, and we got that and more with The Atomic Punks concert! However, there was plenty of running as well: around 500 people participated in the 1 Mile Full Moon Fun Run, a brief course that traverses up and down Riverside. However, the
highlight of the Full Moon Run is without a doubt the Full Moon Run 5k! Runners traveled from the event grounds at Veterans Park to 34th and Riverside and then back. This year, a strong south wind and high humidity made it tough going, but great times were still seen across the field.
The Full Moon Run would like to thank all of the participants and our sponsors. Your continued support of this legendary rock ‘n’ run event means a lot to the Tulsa running community. Thank you, and we’ll see you at the 27th Full Moon Run in 2014!
